Some people call it hippy, New Age, woo-woo, or airy-fairy, but I just like to think I’m ahead of the curve. In the same way that yoga used to only be for hippies, some of the things I love some people consider to be alternative. While I do believe that the US culture is gradually starting to accept some of these concepts like crystals, sage, and tarot, you’re welcome take what you want from this list and leave the rest. Limiting beliefs! In and of themselves not super fun, but it is super fun to know they exist because that means you can work towards getting rid of them! Limiting beliefs are unconscious thoughts that are holding you back. Did you know that 95% of our thoughts are subconscious. Those ingrained mental habits practically run our lives. I don’t know about you, but I didn’t sign up to live by rules that I set for myself that I may no longer need or agree with.

Most people don’t consider the fact that you can choose which type of day to have. Using your time in the morning to align with who you want to be that day and to set yourself up to have the best day possible is not time consuming, it’s actually more efficient.
